UGO has a rundown of their top character cameos that have popped up on Smallville over the years. Much as I love me some Pam Grier, and Amanda Waller for that matter, I think I’m going to go with Persuader as my best. Just because they made a fairly obscure character for non-fans into a reasonably cool TV villain.
Also, the Bizarro was cool.
